Mixed greens, roasted hazelnuts, blue cheese, apples and grapes. Tossed with raspberry vinaigrette.

Hearts of Romaine with Blue Cheese Dressing, $4.50 per person
Romaine lettuce, blue cheese & Red Onion with Lava's own house made dressing.

House Salad, $4.50 per person
Mixed greens with carrots, cucumbers, and grape tomatoes. Tossed with mustard vinaigrette.

Greek Orzo Salad, $7.50 per pound
Orzo pasta, red onion, bell peppers, cucumbers, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, tomatoes and Greek vinaigrette.

Salad Caprese, Small (serves 8 - 10) $35.00, Large (serves 12 -15) $65.00
Platters are layered with Roma tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and fresh basil.

American Potato Salad, $6.00 per pound
Potato, pickle, mustard, red onion, mayonnaise, and parsley.

Cherry Chicken Salad, $12.00 per pound
Tender grilled chicken breast, dried cherries, red onion and celery. Served with choice of crackers or baguette.
